RETURN POLICY


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE DEALT WITH ON A CASE-BY-BASE BASIS. IF YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED, WE REQUIRE THAT YOU NOTIFY SALES@BLACKANDGOLDAPPAREL.COM WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT. IF AN EXCHANGE IS PERMITTED, ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN, UNWASHED AND WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING/TAGS. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING FEES ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNED ITEMS. ANY RETURNS WILL BE EXCHANGED FOR ITEMS OF EQUAL VALUE OR WILL BE REFUNDED WITH STORE CREDIT. ALL SALE/DISCOUNT ITEMS, AS WELL AS SOCKS, WILL NOT BE EXCHANGEABLE UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED. 

While we take pride in all our BLACK & GOLD APPAREL products, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase we are happy to assist you with a return. We gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective BLACK & GOLD APPAREL merchandise for up to 30 days after the shipment date. Refunds for merchandise returned within the eligible time period will be credited in the same form as the original payment method except for purchases made with a BLACK & GOLD APPAREL gift card. BLACK & GOLD APPAREL gift card purchases will be credited to an electronic merchandise return card. Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers with tags attached, and accompanied by the packing slip or invoice. Unfortunately, items marked final sale on the website, tag or invoice are not returnable. Gift cards are final sale and may not be returned or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. During the holiday season, refunds will be processed within 15 business days after item(s) are received.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1:

Visit our Online Returns Center at http://www.blackandgoldapparel.com/returns-policy/

STEP 2:

Print the Return Authorization Form & Shipping Label
Enclose your Return Authorization form in the return package with the item(s) you're sending back to us. If your order arrived in multiple packages and you want to return more than one item, you may be issued multiple shipping labels and Return Authorization forms. The return shipping fee for each shipping label used ($6.95) will be deducted from your refund. We suggest consolidating your return by using only one of the shipping labels and enclosing all printed Return Authorization forms into the package. If you do not wish to use the return shipping label we provide, you may send it back using your own traceable shipping method. We strongly suggest you insure your package if using an alternate shipping method since BLACK & GOLD APPAREL is not responsible for returns that we do not receive.

STEP 3:

Packing & Courier Service
Securely package the articles with the original internal packing materials, boxes and containers. Secure the shipping label on the package (covering up any old labels and UPC codes) and drop it off at your nearest US Post Office location. You may also leave it in your mailbox for local postal carrier pickup.

RETURN BY MAIL
The above Online Return and Exchange Policy applies to all returns made by mail. Please note that this option is available only for items ordered from www.blackandgoldapparel.com.
Shipping charges for returns are the customer's responsibility; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We are not able to accept hand-delivered returns. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Your return and refund will be processed within 5-8 business days after item(s) are received by us. Refunds are given for the item's extended price indicated on the original packing slip/invoice and any applicable taxes, excluding any shipping fees and additional discounts. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

EXCHANGES
If you wish to make an exchange by mail, simply give us a call at BLACK & GOLD APPAREL (1-951-392-6756) One of our friendly Customer Care agents will help you place a replacement order that will ship for free. Please note that you will be charged for the replacement merchandise and you will be refunded for your returned merchandise once received and processed by us. Unfortunately, we are unable to waive return shipping fees.
